SHIPPING & RETURNS

• Order Processing

Please wait 2-8 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to process your order.

Generally, the order will be delivered in 10-20 working days after it ships out. However, in rare cases, it takes longer for the order to be delivered (mostly depending on your location). If your order has not been delivered in 45 working days, please contact us, and our support team will take care of it for you.

Note: Buyers are liable for any duties and taxes.

• Logistics Tracking

After your order ships out, you’ll receive an email for order confirmation, which includes a tracking number. You can use it to check order status.

If your order has not been delivered in 45 days after you receive the email for order confirmation, please send us your name and order number via email. We will look into it for you.

• Parcel Delivered

Please check your items after receiving the parcel. In case of short delivery, damaged items or wrong items, please contact us immediately so that we can take care of it for you after evaluation of such issue.

• Returns

We provide 7-Day Return Guarantee, which means you can request a return within 7 days after receiving the item. For any return, the item must be unpacked and the outer package is intact, and you need to send us your name and order number via email before making return request. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return address via email. Any item returned by you without our approval via email will not be accepted.

We’ll not accept your return request if the order is not delivered:

1. Due to reasons attributable to you (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
2. Due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. confiscation by customs, delays caused by natural disasters, pandemic and strikes).

Note: You need to pay the return shipping fee, which is not refundable. We are not responsible for any taxes / duties levied on any returned items.

• Refunds

After receiving and checking your returned item, we will notify you via email and process your refund request within 10 working days. You’ll also be notified via email once we start processing you refund request.

Note: Due to specific rules of different payment service providers, you may see the refund amount in your account after 5-10 working days. Please contact your payment service provider for more details.
